[Meta] Alpha release of microsites

This is a meta issue to track the release of an alpha.

Alpha release does not promise an upgrade path.

Specifically, we're still working on Group 1.x and would like to get to Group 3.x before tagging a beta release.

From discussion in our project team today, we're all happy to tag an alpha release tomorrow (Weds 26th).

If there are any major issues, please flag them today @markconroy @msayoung @stephen-cox @ekes @willguv

• Should we tag alpha releases of new modules that we've created in the process?
