Please add support for auto dark/light mode support for the website and a toggle to manually switch.

PR at #104 is now open. My apologies for my lack of Vue expertise; I had planned to use shadcn-vue to implement a dropdown and dark mode, but I had to opt-in for this solution to save time due to some errors.
That being said, @Readpato and @Tienisto, I would appreciate your feedback on the changes. Thanks
