RFE: Allow another activity to invoke alogcat with settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It doesn't seem possible for another app to start alogcat and instruct it to 
filter based on criteria the app specifies

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice if alogcat could be started with an Intent that would 
communicate the filter

this is a good idea, but i'd like to expand it. allow alogcat shortcuts 
targeted with specific filters, and maybe other log configuration aspects like 
the log level, etc.

An intent that starts alogcat would be great. It would also be good if the 
intent could contain an additional string that is attached to the alogcat 
output and an optional information on where to send this output via e-mail.
