PIE Hover issue

Hi, I have used PIE to show box shadow on IE8, but the problem is I have to add style:"Postion:relative" with my controls to show box shadow on hover. By doing this , the shadow gets fixed at the place it occurs first and if my page changes dynamically and controls shift, the shadow appears on the previous place.
