The datetime widget should be moved to the theme JS file and incremented with a setInterval.

The mpd now playing widget needs to be parsed in the theme JS file, and the player position and progress bar needs to be updated with a setInterval to work properly (currently the mpd widget only sends updates when the player state has changed to playing/paused/stopped).
