Mod "New Promotion Screen by Default" breaks officer training

I know that this will be low priority as it is a mod outside of LWTOC but wanted to raise the issue.

What happens is if you have the mod active and choose to train a soldier as an officer then the screen it goes to is the soldiers skill tree instead of the officer tree.

This is easily reproducible, just need to install the mod and try to train someone as an officer.

Wanted to raise this as it will inevitably be an issue as that is a very popular mod.

Since I would look to make the new promotion screen the default in LWOTC, it's not that low a priority. There's a separate issue for that: #10. Closing as an effective duplicate of that issue.
