Specifically, Obj_LWTerror, Obj_Defend_LW (I like the naming consistency...), and Obj_Jailbreak_LW need their Kismet changing to use the WOTC subsystems for rescuing civilians and VIPs. The latter in particular is a blocker as the rebels don't swap to Team XCom properly otherwise.

Actually, they all use team swapping.

Progress has been made, but there are still some issues:

  • Rescue circles disappear after the first rebel/civilian has been rescued
  • Faction soldiers can't rescue rebels
  • Jailbreak maps/parcels seem broken, causing the game to crash

Faction soldiers can't rescue because the maps test the approaching unit's character template name, which is not "Soldier" or "SparkSoldier" for faction soldiers. The "Is Unit Soldier" sequence action should be a better solution that also works for faction soldiers. Need to test it with SPARKs as well.
