In HTLR legacy ver. one can assign a normal prior to logw (log scale of priors for coefficients), but this functionality is currently disabled for 2 reasons:

  1. Sapling logw is not yet implemented for NEG and GHS priors.
  2. For t prior, logw cannot be updated properly as the old HTLR sampling routine does.
