Need help with Gbe FW for LAN #3

Hi, I have an ASUS P8Z68 PRO-GEN3 motherboard. It has a 82579V LAN controller built onto it. The FW for the controller is in the bios Gbe region. I want to determine the version of the 82579V fw, extract that fw to a file, and possibly update it with a new image. gberefl.bat looks very close to what I want but I can't find a way to determine the version. Plz help. Thanks!
