Permanent address failing to initialize...

Describe the bug
Permanent domain url is not initializing.

To Reproduce
Boot up your ruby server, and then do loophole.

Expected behavior
I have it set to a permanent URL, and that URL should be initialized.

Environment

• Linux Mint
• 21.3

Additional context
Unless something has changed that free tier doesn't get permanent URLs now, having this continue to initialize should be no problem.

The issue is still happening, way to often.

Things I've tried:

-- Changing the port number.
-- Changing the hostname that I use.

This issue happens every time I restart my computer, after my computer freezes randomly do to YT slowing down people's browsers.
