Support for prompt templates

Some models need specific prompt templates to function correctly. It would be greate if we could specify a template for a chat session. Some of the most common templates (Alpaca, etc.) could be distributed with the installer. It would also be great if we could define a prompt template folder where i can store templates in a simple text format.

In the model manager page, a settings menu for each model where you could adjust the template, and other parameters could be good.
