geoip:cn 会导致一些*.TW域名直连 #168

例如 www.ldplayer.tw 会被直连,应该是被归类在了geoip:cn里面.这就很奇怪,*.TW不是应该优先正则匹配到!cn吗

设置域名规则，将 tw 顶级域名设置为代理
