Flatpak package

I created the flatpak package for HardInfo.
https://github.com/scx/hardinfo-flatpak

Due to the limited functionality under sandbox and/or the dependencies required on the host side, I'm not sure if this program is suitable for Flathub, but you can always consider submitting it there.

You can also make use of the AppData file that I have prepared.
