Only shows message number from Inbox #7

I have checked the "count messages in sub-folders" but it still only displays the number of unread messages in my inbox folder.

I have 7 other folders at the same level as the inbox,not counting trash, sent, junk drafts, etc..

On Ubuntu 10.10, using Thunderbird 3.1.8

Its a great add-on, only wish it counted my other folders.
