Removing vandalism is a bit hard when all you have to guess your decisions on are the results.

Privacy policy already states:

The service operator collects operational logs, that include some identifying data of all traffic, including the IP address and user agent string (usually describing browser and operating system).

Thus, logging the IP and (if present) the signed-in id seems a good solution.

What needs to be done is some way of communicating the reporter to the moderator of the matches. We don't want to share the personal details of other users. Maybe a hash of the reporters's uid/ip, with explicit indication of the user was signed in? (Just being signed in should be a deterrent of funny business.)
