Add faction/reputation changes

I don't know if this is even in the spirit of the addon, but personally it would be very useful to get a toast when a reputation change occurs.

Maybe as an on/off option for those that would it spammy?

That's the reason why I don't have money/gold toasts either :p I mean there's toasts for money rewards from WQs, chests, etc, but they're handled differently. There's no toasts for gold that's from mobs.
