Looks similar to Fabricators-of-Create/Porting-Lib#38 (which was on Twilight Forest's end, maybe this will help a bit?)

looks like notifications were turned of on my end.

I have found problems like these to occur quite a few times, including crash logs that would suggest that a specific mod would have caused a problem, but in reality, it did not. - I'm certainly not an expert in crash log analysis, but I would highly suggest that little logistics is not the cause of this mod, but rather another mod that fiddles with it, or more liklely PortingLib. I'll keep this issue open, in case other people experience the same or a similar issue.

My best guess is to remove every single mod, one after the other and try if the game starts, eventually it will start, then we could take a look at that specific mod and see how it could mess with LLQE.
