start a macro file on SPIFFS when ESP3D start to automate some tasks
can be disabled from ESP3D settings even file /user/autostart.gco is present

Yes at start but in that case why it is not done by main FW ?

implemented read/execute /autostart.g in SPIFFS just after SPIFFS is mounted
