Define an etiquette for source definition

We have not been terribly consistent in how we create source models in the ixpeobssim/config folder, and we should do better. A few things we should cover:

• how we declare variables;
• how we display things (i.e., plots);
• how and where we save plots for later use (e.g., for the documentation)

We should come up with a set of guidelines, the code to support them and the related documentation.
