I've been looking around my MONO-X and I realized there is a wifi module that connects to UART port, you can set it up to be a websocket that connects straight to the UART port.
I was able to send commands like "getfile,", "sysinfo," and "getstatus,". I am not sure if this is exactly what is in use but I believe this would be great to be included in mariner, no need to open or solder anything on a wifi printer.
