Since the miner displays the "xxxx frequency has been raised from 200 to 202" or whatever is displayed, can we get an interface option to view the current clocks?

To clarify, you mean in the TUI? It's already available in the RPC API.

Sorry, yes the Terminal UI, I haven't had time to set up a WAMP server yet to play with the RPC UI.
