Hi, is there any easy way to install the CppBuildTasks even on a small local DevOps Server running Azure DevOpsServer 2019 ?

@LucaFuma74 the task was never tested on an on-premise Azure DevOps Server (or TFS server). It requires changes to the manifest, and potentially changes in the APIs it is currently using that are supported on the cloud offering but not on premise.
I have never thought of releasing these tasks for ADO Server.
