Setup build & release process for NPM packing #1

Issue

This project currently does not provide a process or set of pre-defined configuration artifacts or integrations.

Evidence

  • Commits to the master or main branches are not releasing a new NPM package.
  • No action integrations under GitHub page are present or available to configure.
  • No external integrations to Build / Release platforms.

Expected Results

Check-ins or Commits are releasing code NPM packages with the proper versioning. The new package must be released to the official NPM page: https://www.npmjs.com/package/web3-for-auth0-actions

Supporting Details

Consider creating .github/workflow folder or the necessary integrations to allow commits to release NPM packages.
