Describe the bug
Several command line parameter descriptions in your CLI docs contain a possible typo. --disable-adapter-masking and --disable-overlap-masking both contain descriptions that they are used to apply adapter masking and overlap masking. Since the flags are called "disable" overlap masking I am assuming this are both typos, but I want to be sure before omitting them from our scripts. Our goal is to apply adapter masking and overlap masking while running Octopus and it seems that these are turned on by default.
