As reported by @PedroVenancio in #79 opening a certain type of netcdf is crashing qgis master in Windows. The same file works fine in Linux (Ubuntu 18.10)

According to OSGeo, netcdf on windows is 4.4.1.1 but in my Linux is 4.6.1
