snapping settings are not correctly used by autotrace in regards of QGIS 2.8 snapping settings new window #15

In QGIS 2.8 snapping settings windows are now different: one can setup an overall settings for current layer o all layer but autotrace use only the settings in advanced snapping settings.

In fact, the plugin only takes the setting from the Advanced mode.
