According to the survey I've conducted (https://forms.gle/jmrNb7sjdDz4R7eh9), majority of users think that the warning (this one is for NTFS warning but it should probably be applied to the existing prefix one too) would be far more noticeable for them if there was a visual que for it, something like this to be specific:
