Realtek FTP logins for various drivers + v5.3.9

I've just probed through Realtek FTP's and found a decent new base,
The rtl8188eus has a fairly new release of v5.3.9_28540.20180627

New since v4.2.2.4

• Supports 802.11s MESH mode
• Android 8 support
• Miracast support
• Fix signal leakage when testing MKK
• Fix external LNA CSSK RSSI bug

as of April 2020, it appears many (or all) of these account logins & passwords to the Realtek FTP server for various LAN drivers have stopped working and generate 530 login authentication failed error messages.

a follow-up, it appears the ftp3.realtek.com site is recently dead and is no longer in service
