Homerun Kicker style menu launcher

While the current menu launcher serve us well, but it will be nice if it can be refreshed by adopting Homerun Kicker menu "style" from KDE.

Some of Homerun Kicker features are:

1. Integrated "search engine" for searching or run a command;
2. "Favorites" menu in the left side of menu (we can place "system settings", "file manager" icons on it)
3. Shut down button in the left bottom side of menu
4. An option to place icon in the menu into desktop
