yd翻译特别慢，ge比yd快点（不如用chrome自带翻译瞬间翻译全网页）

希望作者可以加入支持deepL翻译网页功能

目前这个插件算是一个实验的插件吧，从代码就可以看出很多东西实现的不是很理想，而且代码都写在了一个文件了这是最难受的，对于Deepl的翻译功能，暂时是没有时间去破解了，不过可以通过他提供的api来实现，等下一个版本吧，下个版本会优化这些问题
