when load whisperx on aarch64 platform,occur error, whisperx must need torch version complied with cuda?

when i load whipserx on aarch64 platform:
from whisperx, error info torch not compiled with cuda
the torch is not compiled with cuda,in arm torch version is 2.1.0 ,but 2.1.0+cu118 in x86,i want to know if whisperx can run on torch not compiled with cuda,
beacuse existed ctranslate2
