Describe the bug
In CPP backend, tree.parser is None!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to sbse/config.py
  2. Set USE_CPP_BACKEND to 1. Use your .env file!
  3. Run refactorings/decrease_field_visibility.py
  4. See error
