After disconnecting my bluetooth mouse, the bt adopter gets powered off.
Moreover, after a few minutes without moving the bt mouse, which make the bt mouse powered off, it also gets powered off.

According to the tlp manual, setting USB_EXCLUDE_BTUSB=1 in tlp.conf and kernel boot option btusb.enable_autosuspend=0 would work. However, it does not on my laptop.
