Enhancement to add switch within app to stop broadcast

This is a follow-up to our discussion here about a possible enhancement for the app. I think it would be helpful to have a button that would allow us to stop broadcasting the constant BLE identification in order to avoid the privacy issue where the ios device is broadcasting a constant address.
