Hey, thanks for your question! Just to be sure, I tried it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work offline (yet). Since this is experimental API, perhaps in the future it will be possible to use it offline, but right now you’ll get ‘network error’. I agree it would be more useful in the offline use-case.

hey is it work on all popular browsers like chrome , mozilla firefoz, IE

Hi! no, not yet unfortunately. For now it's only chrome, although there are some efforts on firefox, so hopefully we see it working also there soon. I wouldn't consider IE as a "popular" browser :)
