i was looking for it some hours now but i don't know why your lib conflicts with Twitter Bootstraps "Modal" component. It prevents the bootstrap component from adding a ".in" class to a < div >. I tested on webkit (Safari) and Firefox so it is not up to webkit.
I'dont event have to use your library, it is enough just to include it via the < script > tag and it conflicts.
I can only guess that it has something to do with transitions but i really don't know. I think a lot of people will run in this issue since bootstrap is becoming more and more popular.
Please look into this issue if you can.
