Rules are not being loaded

There's a re-definition of the "rules" variable at:

https://github.com/machinalis/iepy/blob/master/iepy/instantiation/iepy_rules_runner.py#L43

This means rules are not being loaded

Will be fixed on 0.9.2 release.

In the meantime, a dumb patch is to rename the list "rules" that appears on lines 43, 48 and 54 to something else (e.g. "rules_list")
