1.19.3 Issue: Faster Attack Causes Negative Attack Speeds

This may have been an issue before and has not been updated since the first time of
this issue's release. The Faster Attack will cause most other weapons that are in the game to have a negative speed, making the game unplayable.

I have the same issue, it makes it very hard to play with.
