Add data documentation of MACRO_v0 (BESC) to main

What new feature do you propose?

MACRO_v0 is a branch of Dolphyn and has content of its own. With a github's standard way, MACRO_v0 can not publish its documentation from the same site. This is an alternative way to publish data documentation of MACRO_v0 within Dolphyn's documentation.

What suggestions do you have for implementing this feature?

Will add BESC from MACRO_v0 a section of its own on Dolphyn's documentation main page. It only includes the data not functions from MACRO_v0. Will add text such that where to locate the functions and the rest of MACRO_v0.
