python-dev prerequisite

Hi,
Would you please help confirming the name of the "python-dev" RPM that's required for installing MACS2 and MACS3 on a CentOS7 box (under Python3.7.7) ? "python-dev" is listed as one of prerequisites in INSTALL note. There was a python package with the same name "python-dev" in PyPI previously, although not anymore. The latter is not required for MACS, correct?

Is it possible to have a list of the header files in "python-dev" RPM that's been used by MACS building? If any of such header files are missing, will program fail? Can I have a list of these programs to check if they are built correctly?

Hi,
It's me again. Are any python header files("python-dev" package on Linux) needed if installing MACS2 via "pip install macs2"? The "pip install macs2" looks binary install. Can anyone please confirm?
