I constantly notice that the counter is off by one

Manually counting and other trackers confirm this.

Can confirm this problem, if you clear cache for the site and upload your data - counter is correct. If you try to add newer data to already existing one, then all counters be higher by 1 for no reason. Especially obvious when you look at detailed history and check your 4 star pulls that happened at pity of 10, they will be at 11, which is impossible unless there was a 5 star right before.
