Refactor config functions

• define list of functions that require auth and which are optional
• on executing subcommands that require auth if config doesn't exist fail and ask to run config creation
• idem if auth is not required, warn of lack of auth
• make sure the correct directories exist, ask permission to create them
• Prompt user or handle file overwrite scenario
• check libraries that deal with plastform independent config file locations (click?) [fixed in pr Split off session module #56]
• check validity of config after creation (can we log in?)
• when running the config subcommand; try to read an existing config file and give the values as default values
