Currently the README.md file location is calculated in the extension page in a GitHub specific way.

Would it be possible to add ReadmeUrl as a new property of Package and allow to set it by a new URL query parameter in ApiController.Upload()?
This would allow to specify a readme file that is in a different location than /master/README.md.
