Is it an idea to integrate Twitter cards on the post detail page? https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/types/summary-card

FYI, this can be validated on https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator. I have implemented this in my version of MiniBlog, @madskristensen is this something that would be accepted into the main project?

I currently show the description and title as the regular meta tags do on the categories or normal paging and then have a unique description for the individual blog pages that has the first bits of the post parsed out

It is of course the opposite of the idea of being minimalistic, but perhaps this is considered as core functionality of a blog these days? I do not know what the SEO value would be of this. Looking forward to your opinions about it.

The problem is that Twitter cards require information such as a picture which is different from blog to blog. Also, each blog owner needs to go the Twitter Card validator and register his/hers site with Twitter for it to work. That doesn't scale well in a distributed blog system like this
