As Foretold + Flashback interaction

I asked a local judge if I could use As Foretold to "pay" for Flashback cost and he said I couldnt because both are alternative cost and I cant use two alternative cost effects to cast one spell. But, in Xmage im able to do it. As exemple: As Foretold with 1 counter on board, Serum Visions on grave, I cast Snapcaster targeting Serum, them cast Serum with flashback and use As Foretold effect to pay 0. So, my question is that, is XMage bugged or the judge is wrong? (sorry for bad english )

XMage would be wrong. Flashback is an alternate casting cost. As Foretold is also an alternate casting cost. You can only use one alternate casting cost when casting a spell, and the only one allowing you to cast the spell from the graveyard is the one granted by Flashback.
