Currently on the Pro servers the var/ folder is mounted as a shared folder, and then the var/log folder is mounted as a direct local disk access for performance.
var/report is another directory that basically contains "logging" information and should be a local mount.
I think this would require both some changes to ece-tools or the other cloud components and a support ticket.

Information in var/log may be added/updated every minute and it is not only about some errors, it is also a lot of work logs. When var/report directory contains information about errors occur on the site. Ideally, that directory should be kept empty.
If customer has a huge number of reports there (especially duplicates) which increasing very quickly but require some time to be resolved, - he may increase value in ERROR_REPORT_DIR_NESTING_LEVEL variable to prevent increasing number of report files.
