Magento 2: Arabic Language Locale Account Creation Date Field Bug

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.6 open source and Enterprise
• PHP 8.1
• Arabic Language Pack

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable DOB Field For Custom create Form
   (Store -> Setting -> Configuration -> Customer -> Customer Configuration -> Name and Address Options -> Show Date of Birth

2. Create a store view with Arabic locale.

3. When customers attempt to fill in their details on the Customer Account Page in the Arabic locale store view.

4. Encounter a bug where the date field prompts an error for invalid date.

5. Notably, this issue is not observed in the English store view and other locale.

We are not seeing creation date field on new customer account creation form.

Please refer the attached screenshots.

Verified the issue in magento 2.4 dev instance and the issue is rerpdocuable.

For arabic language locale account creation date field we are getting invalid date error.

Hence, we are confirming the issue.

Hi, in Magento 2.4.6-p4 we experience the same issue with locale it_IT, for each date or datetime attribute in product.
