Random prices for configurable products

Hello everyone,

I post this issue cause I am really blocked about configurable products and their virtual products and I run out of ideas.

I was in Magento 2.0.7 and tried to create configurable products.
The problem was when I informed prices in the Backend, prices in the front were not the same as the Backend and were random (like .

I found out in the release of Magento 2.1 that this problem was resolved : "Magento now displays the correct product prices on the Configurable product page when catalog prices include tax."

So now I am in Magento 2.1.1 and I get the same issue ...

For example, a configurable product : T-Shirt
And his virtual products : T-Shirt-XS, T-Shirt-S

Firstly, I created my product T-Shirt like a sample product.
Secondly, I added configurable products in which I selected the attribute "Size" and chose "XS" and "S".
Then I specified one image by products and their prices.

The price of T-Shirt is 0,00.

The price of T-Shirt-XS is 100.
The price of T-Shirt-S is 200.

In the Backend everything seems good.

Then I go to the front page, when I click in my product "T-Shirt", its price is 100 (It seems its price is the minimum price of my virtual products), I go to the product details page.
I can select which T-Shirt I want (XS or S), but my XS T-Shirt costs 180 instead of 100 and my S T-Shirt costs 230 instead of 200.

I tried so many times different combinations and prices, and I cant find out a logic.

Moreover a sample product works well.

Please, format this issue according to the Issue reporting guidelines: with steps to reproduce, actual result and expected result.
Please, also provide the used Magento version in a lear way - it's not easy now to find it in the middle of the issue description.
Please also provide your settings for taxes.
And was it clear install or upgrade from previous version?

We cannot reproduce this issue as described. Please provide the detailed steps we must follow to reproduce this issue. In addition, identify the web server you are running, the versions of PHP and MySQL, and any other information needed to reproduce your issue.
