MFTF: Login On Checkout With Enabled Captcha

This PR contains MFTF test for login on checkout page as a customer, with enabled captcha.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create customer
2 - Create product
3 - Navigate to product page
4- Add Product into shopping cart
5 - Navigate to checkout
6 - Login with incorrect captcha values
7 - Login with correct captcha values
8 - Perform assertions

Here are some useful tips how you can test your changes using Magento test environment.
Add the comment under your pull request to deploy test or vanilla Magento instance:

• @magento give me test instance - deploy test instance based on PR changes
• @magento give me 2.4-develop instance - deploy vanilla Magento instance
