"Traffic Islands" has some category structure issue that will eventually get most on Commons, eg https://petscan.wmflabs.org/?psid=20612249 (~4700 categories at depth 11). Depth 100 will probably get everything, which breaks PetScan.

I don't think any kind of rewrite could fulfil your query, and it doesn't really make sense as is. Realistically, looking at the actual category, depth 5 should cover everything intended to be there, and then some: https://petscan.wmflabs.org/?psid=20612292
